Signer of the Declaration of Independence for Rhode Island, "Son of Liberty," 1776 Delegate to the Continental Congress from Rhode Island and on its Marine Committee, Naval Officer for the Colony and appointed Continental Congress Loan Office Commissioner for the State, etc. Not Listed in Anderson. The document measures 6.5" x 3.5" and guarantees receipt of 65 - 89/90 dollars being in full for interests of the 31st day of December 1786 / for Mary Wyckes, signed as receiving interest by Sylvester Wyckes. Beautifully embossed and very well preserved.
