Description: Ms. Anna's Collection. Overton-3 (R.3), large 8. In this intermediate state, which unfortunately earns no special designation as it perhaps should, a small die crack snakes upward through "81" in the date but does not make it all the way to the center of the bust. The PUP die lines in front of the bust have somewhat worn off the obverse die as well. Significantly lustrous, this example features lavender-rose toning throughout with subtle rose-orange undertones in protected areas. Scattered minor handling marks likely ascertain the grade.
