Description: On Target Collection. Mintage: 55,680. Seldom found non-certified, especially with a "strong D", the cataloger notes that this coin has about as plain a mintmark as will ever be seen for the date. It appears that some foolish attempt was made to convert a nice AU example into an "UNC" based on polished highpoints, but there is no mistaking a bit of circulation wear on both sides.
