Description: Nicholas Jackson Collection. Overton-109, and probably a normal edge example, although the NGC slab completely obscures the third side in aggravating fashion. As is the case for many examples of the variety, the obverse appears more bluntly struck than the generally sharper reverse. Nevertheless, considerable flowline luster skims beneath olive-bronze toning that mostly dominates both sides. A loupe reveals no obvious distractions, but an old pinscratch bisecting the date has become almost thoroughly drowned out by the original patina.
