Description: Charlton 55-24-02. The Stikeman signature engraved on this note is scarcer than the Mackenzie signature usually found, which adds interest to the already considerable rarity. Hands down choice for the Fine level, there are none of the pinholes or other problems that tend to plague these large notes, which are evidently still redeemable today. Paper shows classic, original toning and surprisingly well saturated color despite all the wear.
