Description: The Atkins National Bank of Maysville, Georgia. Fr. 643. Brand new to the census and never offered at public sale to the knowledge of the cataloger, this Georgia note is about as rare as it gets in the realm of "plain backs", bringing the current population up to merely three extant examples on a one-bank town. In addition to absolute rarity, this appears to be a remarkably original example at the very-fine level, showing pleasantly wrinkled paper and an exceptionally bold cashier's signature, although no signature shows for the president.
