Lot Title: 1818 B-10 and 1835 B-1, both VF
Lot Number: 850
Description: Tobacco Road Collection. Having just been plucked out of the consignor's 7070 album, neither has ever been offered for certification. The large-planchet 1818 quarter appears to be Bolender-10, die-date 3 and offers tantalizing album toning over modestly lustrous peripheral areas. A light nick beneath the eye joins a handful more right of the bust. Stronger album coloration encircles both sides of 1835, this example really quite attractive given the near-XF details. A couple of small abrasions beneath the eagle's neck will concern nobody. Two coin lot.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
