Lot Title: 1818/5 B-1, 1825/3 B-2, and an 1825/4/2 B-3, all F
Lot Number: 849
Description: Tobacco Road Collection. A trio of overdates should make this a compelling group of early quarters, and each should grade Fine, if not better, given bold sharpness and original surfaces. Included are: 1818/5 B-1 (dove-grey overall with some unexpectedly bright, steely blue in the reverse periphery), 1825/3 B-2 (highly appealing circulation cameo and a possible candidate for the VF grade level), and 1825/4/(2) B-3 (subdued tan overall with a very faint hint of album toning). Three coin lot.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
