Description: PCGS suggests sharpness of VF although in all honesty, details seem to borderline upon the fence of F-15/VF-20. The curiously pale grey surface looks cloudy from any viewing angle and lacks even a vestige of luster -- not at all unexpected for the aforementioned range, and given the somewhat vigorous cleaning. This coin really needs to sit in an album for a long time in order to recoup some color, and the owner might then be rewarded with a more attractive example that shows no major abrasions.
