Description: D.J.D. Collection. VAM-5, with slight doubling on Liberty's profile. 1893-CC was the final date for Carson City emissions and examples often show up with mediocre sharpness, but not so this sharp and near-perfectly struck example. Blazing white-hot luster scorches the fields and races over the lightly frosted devices. Liberty's cheek sees a number of light, slightly erratic abrasions, none individually large or distracting. Very limited marks stray into the fields save a handful of minimal ticks in the lowest right field.
