The NGC example offers fully semi-prooflike character on either side, with the delicately frosted portraits swimming atop placid yet somewhat flashy lustrous fields. This coin is fully blast white, while the PCGS example features full mint frost overall, and does not have quite as fine a strike as its companion. And the latter piece shows a touch of platinum-blonde toning for this two coin lot.
