Description: D.J.D. Collection. VAM-7A. The 1880-CC "reverse of 1878" tends to come well-struck, this being no exception as the finest details pop up with terrific delineation. Faint planchet striations show vertically over the ear but none seem to remain on the reverse. Tremendous frosty white brilliance dominates the eye-appeal as the untoned and unblemished surface gleams without a hint of toning.
