Description:	Cohen-5, the well-loved 1809 "9 over inverted 6", gets sharply detailed representation here by this pretty, lightly circulated example. The fields display considerable flowline luster suggestive of the "about uncirculated" grade range, and subtle, orange undertones appear original. Given the complete lack of dentilation and evidence of heavy die lapping (the under-digit "inverted 9" is weaker than what is seen off of earlier dies), one might guess Manley Die State 3. Micro-ticks line up irregularly across the cheek and a couple of minute nicks fling off to the extreme obverse right, but the surface otherwise remains smooth and highly attractive.
