The cheek for 1884 appears to be unusually clean, even for the MS-66 grade, and both sides were struck with phenomenal precision. 1888 verges right up on the cusp of a similarly perfect strike, with the lack of perfection noticeable only by comparison to its inimitable companion. Both are brilliant white specimens within this two coin lot.
