Description: Overton-117. "A" in STATES is was rotated slightly and repunched, which is diagnostic for O-117. Delightful platinum-grey shimmers over the highly lustrous surface, creating a type example with very nearly full "choice" eye-appeal. A dab more vibrancy would have pushed the grade. The surface shows no stray marks of note, except perhaps a minor contact point in front of Liberty's nose. Faint roller marks suggest a not-quite-complete strike.
