Description: JR-6. "3" in the date was punched in a little low, and a tiny period follows the denomination on the reverse. At arm's length, the quality seems much finer than just MS-61, as it flash with off-white brightness and boasts details that were obviously well struck. A loupe reveals a few scattered, very brief pin-scratches on the obverse that certainly play into grade assessment.
