Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1868 PR-63BN CAC, and an 1887 PR-64RB, both PCGSCAC
Lot Number: 540
Description: Holly Berry Trio Collection. At first and second glance, 1868 appears significantly undergraded, and close examination is required to locate patchy slide mark hairlines in the obverse left field. The coin's color designation "BN" is blatantly understated, and this cent should be resubmitted for regrade, as well as inclusion of the "180 degrees rotated reverse", which also failed mention on the slab insert. Attractive, rich ember-red endows the 1887 with a highly original appearance, and in place of cameo presentation, both sides provide powerfully revolving non-cameo luster. Two coin lot.
