An outrageous superb jewel, the jaw-dropping visual effects that derive from supreme album color and deeply saturated colors make for a Jefferson nickel of incomparable beauty. Salmon-violet, sunset-gold, sky-blue, forest and pumpkin-orange comprise near-concentric rings of shimmering beauty for the obverse, nearly placed in a cat's-eye pattern, while the reverse features more or less concentric rings of narrower bands for the same hues. On tick on the lapel likely determines the grade. A coin for the ages, to be sure!
