Lot Title: Nearly complete collection of Lincoln Wheat cents in two albums, five are certified
Lot Number: 580
Description: R.L. Consignment. Where do we begin? It is readily apparent that there was an enormous amount of blood, sweat, and tears put into this particular collection of Lincoln cents. The first half of the collection is housed in a Library of coins album with the latter half being contained within a blue Whitman album. Five issues were removed and are inside of either PCGS or ANACS certified holders. The most noteable issues within this incredible collection are as follows: 1909 VDB (MS-64), 1909-S VDB PCGS Genuine (XF Details), 1909 (MS-63RB), 1909-S (Uncirculated, light clean), 1910-S (AU, light clean), 1911-D (AU), 1911-S (AU, light clean), 1912 ANACS MS-63RB, 1912-D (AU++), 1913-S (UNC, light clean), 1914-D PCGS Genuine Cleaning AU Details, 1915-S (MS60++ BN), 1916-S (MS60++ BN), 1917-S (AU++), 1921 ANACS MS-62 RB, 1922-D ANACS AU-55 BN, and a 1931-S (MS60++, possible artificial tone). Nearly every issue from 1925 through 1958 is in uncirculated condition making this dynamic collection a must view to fully appreciate its value. With so many uncicrulated issues displaying beautifuls waves of red and brown this lot could be a cherry picker's delight! Please note that the coin in the 1955 DDO hole is merely a standard issue 1955 cent and NOT a DDO (ck).

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
