Description: Jewelled Claw Collection. 6 graded PR-62, 31 higher at PCGS. Judd-104 "restrike" in medallic alignment omits the designer's name on the base, and Liberty's head lies opposite the right side of "F" in OF on the reverse. Some lower graded examples actually circulated but not so this relatively well preserved, "select" example. Highpoints rise up from the fields with outstanding relief but show no signs of wear or rubbing, aside from possible cabinet friction. Smoky beige-grey evenly blankets the entire surface, but not so thickly that one cannot enjoy the pleasing undercurrent of reflectivity. The surface does not seem to suffer any marks at all, which means the grade level has been defined by very mild hairlines.
