Description: Easily capable of passing as "unc" at a glance, 1861 "new reverse" retains 95% full luster and really shows no actual rub, and is distinguishable from mint-state primarily by the presence of random hairlines and a faint scrape or two from circulation. From the obverse, 1905 appears much nicer than MS-62, and only on the reverse will one find the light hairline scratches and incidental ticks that determine the grade. Two coin lot.
