Description: An exceptionally rare error to have escaped the printer, the note was printed with the back upside down (or perhaps the front was upside down), resulting in a highly desirable inverted back error. It is a rare find for any denomination of the era, and this is a remarkably nice example at only the near-XF grade level. Indeed, from the front, only a strong crease on the left decries a full extremely fine grade, although the back is noticeably more worn in appearance. Scarce no matter how you slice it, and a note that is almost certain to be a highlight of today's auction.
