Description: The Quantum Collection. 30 graded MS-66+, 51 higher at PCGS. A personal favorite of the cataloger, the 1921 Pilgrim combines a simple, elegant and understated obverse motif with an outstanding rendition of a sailing ship on the reverse. These tend to come nicely lustrous, as exemplified here, and when the surface is as frosty-clean and free from marks as this, it's no wonder one expects to see many hands thrust into the air for the right of ownership. Toning splashes against various portions of the obverse rim, and a vivid flash of royal gold decorates the lower reverse.
