Description: Seemingly, the coin is well worthy of the PCI MS-64 grade, and there are no obvious signs of cleaning visible "through the plastic". Indeed, this seems to be a slightly better-than-average example, showing merely a couple of shallow ticks beneath Liberty's outstretched arm, and mere trivial abrasions on the eagle. Certified when PCI was a premier grading service.
