Description: NGC certainly can go a bit overboard with all the disclaimers, yet they all make sense in this case. "A B" has been fancifully etched above the date, and the "damage" amounts to a couple of slightly blunt edge hits on the obverse. And of course, the entire surface has been prominently cleaned to an unnaturally glossy state. A VERY inexpensive opportunity to obtain a 1795 silver type coin.
