Description: 339 graded MS-64, 52 graded MS-64+, 40 higher at PCGS. Smooth, attractive beaming surfaces are endowed with appealing peppermint-blue iridescence that trails around many of the major design elements. The rapid escalation in value between the grades of MS-63 through MS-65 is about typical of such coins with a population in the next grade of fewer than fifty pieces. That said, this issue does not always come as nicely detailed as this premier quality MS-64.
