Description: 1889-CC certainly ought not be considered "rare" even at the PCGS VF-20 grade, but a pleasing, original example like this should prove to be a great long-term investment as the undisputed second key to a complete set. While the cheek does display several linear marks as the result of honest circulation, they have all toned with the rest of the coin and cannot be considered distracting. Just a few minor, curving hairlines along the lower cheek need be noted.
