Description: VAM-3 has die scratches at the eye, as well as a left-tilted mintmark. NGC certainly didn't miss the boat on this flashing example calling out the outstanding, sultry prooflike format with the "PL" designation. And as expected of the "+", the quality is distinctively nicer than typical of just MS-63 since the cheek shows fewer abrasions than usual. As always for the date, the exact center retains some minor roller marks that were not effaced by the dies.
