Description: Tim Moeller Collection. VAM-3 has the "CC tilted left reverse", but can be more reliably attributed by the die scratch right in front of the eye. A delicate touch of greyish iridescence sweeps into portions of the reveres while the obverse looks virtually pristine, aside from trifling amber on the rim. Rich mint frost endows the entire surface and the grade falls just shy of the choice level only because of tiny abrasions peppering the obverse.
