Description: No Panic Consignment. Ravishing silvery brilliance races over the pretty matte luster seen on both sides, with shimmering pinwheels visible from multiple origins on the obverse. It's a mesmerizing effect often seen for San Francisco half-dollars. Also common is the slightly deficient definition that begins with an incomplete hand. A singular brief scratch must be noted at the exact center of the reverse.
