Description: For just a 2 point difference in grade, the disparity in appearance between these half dollars is quite substantial. The surprisingly bright white surface for 1830 shows a rather fair amount of luster, but only trifling color has returned to the edges after (probably) an old dip. 1834 features actually a bit less cartwheel action, but significantly better vintage eye-appeal, as copper-gold accents enliven the lavender-grey character. Two coin lot.
