Description: This scarce F-C block grades 64 EPQ at PMG for good reason, as the note faces up brilliantly with no-doubt-original paper and superb embossing. The centering wanders slightly toward the right, which is undoubtedly the sole grade-limiting factor. An especially well-preserved survivor from only 12,000 printed.
