Description: Clem Stevens Collection. Searing white mint luster licks the surface for each member of this quintet, as all are blast white or nearly so. A 1951-S Washington-Carver (MS-65) kicks things off, offering unusually clean, silvery surfaces for an issue that's usually abraded. A quartet of Booker T. Washington halves finishes things off, and can be quickly listed as follows: 1949 (MS-65, exceedingly smooth), 1949-D (MS-65, average), 1950-S (MS-66, a few light patches of bronze color), and 1950-D (MS-66, carbon spot on the cabin). Five coin lot.
