Description: B-3, BB-234, R.3 (not attributed on the PCGS label) pairs the strongest obverse overdate to a reverse that has each "T" in the peripheral legend showing extra length toward the left of the bottom serif. Fragile slate-grey patina cedes to darker accents near the edge of some devices. A trace or two of muted luster can still be found within some of the protected areas of the reverse. E PLURIBUS UNUM shows evidence of wear but can still be fully read, as one would hope of the choice VF grade level.
