Description:	Collector appeal: A-, in our opinion, only because the outer envelope is not as pristine as might be ideal. That said, the quality of the coins therein is utterly spectacular, with all the cents even showing superb bright copper-red color. San Francisco coins seem to have gained the most benefit from classic mint-set toning, with a single dime (for example) that features vivid wintergreen patina. Personal inspection should be considered mandatory for this delightful set!
