Description: Collector appeal: “B”, with some writing on the outer envelope. Coins are essentially well preserved, although both quarters show some unexpected spotty toning. Of great significance to the appeal of this set, the Philadelphia half-dollar shows a small as-made rim clip at 7:00, complete with Blakesly effect.
