Description: 148 graded MS-64, 68 higher at PCGS. A difficult issue in this or higher grade, a full gem example could cost five times the value of this blazing chrome-like example. orange-peel effect has begun to affect the clarity of details toward the peripheral areas (as struck) for this late die-state half, and this helps explain the softness found at the center of each side. A couple of tiny jagged abrasions suspend from the eagle's beak and represent the most notable grading factor.
