Description:	Roman Powers Collection. O-110 becomes easy to attribute by identification of a small dot within the upper left area of the shield, along with a curiously shaped "3" on the obverse. O-110 always seems to come flatly struck, which complicates the grading process, but one suspects the amount of luster places the grade right on the cusp of AU-50.
