Description: O-102 shows the famous 1812/1 overdate, with "small 8" the more common (by far) of the two over-dated dies. Sharper than average, the reverse displays particularly stringent delineation of the eagle's neck feathers, and most of the talon segments remain visibly separated. Somewhat pale overall, a touch of rim toning has just started to return to the obverse.
