Description:	O-131has one point of S1 piercing the curl, and A3 distinctly recut along its right side. The wing feathers have been almost comically recreated by some industrious individual evidently intent upon turning a very-fine example into an AU specimen. NGC declined to encapsulate this example, and no wonder given the re-engraved detail, but at least the NGC tag has been included, just for giggles.
