Description: ICG offers a grade of AU-58 for the 1894-O half-eagle, but surfaces are quite glossy, in part due to slight semi-prooflike fields beneath circulation abrasions. The 1912-S half-eagle gets a grade of AU-50 by NNC, but this seems to be a very optimistic sentiment compared to the cataloger's opinion of XF/cleaned. Two coin lot.
