Description: Robert Michaels Collection. No series within United states numismatics offers more variety than the Classic Commemorative half-dollars series. There are five Gem Uncirculated examples within this group lot that includes four PCGS examples and a lone NGC certified example. The four PCGS issues includes a 1936 Bay Bridge MS-65 (toned), a 1936 Bridgeport MS-65 (white), a 1936 Cleveland MS-65 (white), and a 1936 Delaware MS-66 (light tone). Peripheral tones nicely frame the lone NGC example which is a 1936 Albany graded as MS-65 (ck).
