Description: Pacific Coast Highway Collection. A pair of Italy issues. Included are: 1877-R 5-lire, KM#8.4 (lustrous pewter-grey that includes mossy golden hues at the periphery; one of the most counterfeited coins in the world by some accounts), and 1881-R 2 lire, KM#23 (rare in such high certified grade and significantly prooflike despite a blanket of smoke-blue and ebony-chartreuse toning). Two coin lot.
