Description:	Clem Stevens Collection. While not perfectly centered the vast majority of design elements are nicely constrained to the somewhat smaller nickel planchet. Besides the obvious appeal of the error, this happens to be a superbly preserved example with razor-sharp central details that inevitably distend outward due to the lack of collar constraint.
