Description: Cataloger's grade: [AU/improperly cleaned] but quite close to UNC details, sadly with the surface aggressively cleaned and now unnaturally semi-prooflike. 200-thousand examples were struck, explaining why the 1850 is so scarce today, and this example at least shows no objectionable marks.
