Description:	Cataloger's grade: [MS-63] although with a counterstamp, the coin will not receive a straight numeric grade at any legitimate service. It's too bad, since over recent years, attitudes towards collecting counterstamped coins have changed such that they now see an unexpectedly vibrant mark. Besides, Trade dollars were always intended to circulate overseas with full knowledge that they would receive counterstamp impressions. The coin still boasts remarkable luster despite distortion of the flan.
