Description: L.S. Consignment. It is not very often that one has the opportunity to own the first legal tender issues struck by a given nation. Four such pieces are all present in this Franklin Mint distributed collection on behalf of the nation of Romania. Included in this set is a 1,000 Lei gold coin (.4167 AGW), a 500 Lei (.20835 AGW), a 100 Lei (.825 ASW), and a 50 Lei (.4127 ASW). All of these are Gem Proof issues that are still inside the original issue display bi folder along with its COA (ck).
