Forever a challenging commemorative issue at the gem grade level, this Spanish Trail affords the viewer almost completely clean fields, barring a tiny abrasion at the obverse far right and a small planchet flake above "EL" on the reverse. Generally bright silver in appearance, a faint touch of amber-gold shows toward the obverse left while pale champagne color visits portions of the reverse.
