Description: Noe-10 (we believe) with the listed weight of 58.64 grs significantly below expectations of even a well-worn example. Then again, PCGS note "excessive clipping" which would explain the deductions from proper weight, and that also helps explain why the flan appears more round than usual for the type. Finally, it appears some effort was made to flatten out the coin as it has lost some of the usual waviness associated with large planchet shillings.
