Description: The Whitman Blue Collection. Common dates get uncommon album treatment for this late-World War II trio. Included are: 1944 (highly appealing and album toning overall blends into a phenomenally beautiful iridescent crescent along the obverse right), 1944-D (absolutely stunning, almost absurdly beautiful album toning, especially on the reverse which ranks as about as attractive as the cataloger has ever seen), and 1944-S (virtually as stunning as the preceding, with incredibly vibrant chartreuse-gold, indigo and sky-blue colors). So much to appreciate with this three coin lot.
